I just won a prize. What I do I now?

If you have won a prize, you will need to send in your verification documents within 72 hrs.

In order to claim and receive your prize, you need to provide us with the required eligibility information listed below. You only have to do this once (as long as you don't move from your current address).

Eligibility consists of proof of identity, proof of residency, and proof of age. All three (3) of these requirements must be met in order to claim your prize. The following forms of identification are acceptable as proof of identity and age:

Valid Driver's License
Valid Passport
Valid EU/State/Province Identification

Proof of residency - A statement/bill with your full name and address on it You need to update your required information and upload a copy of the above proof within 72 hours of this notice.

Go to Me > My Account > Verify ID in the app.

Failure to do so will result in your prize being forfeited and awarded to the next eligible winner as per our official rules.
