I can't connect to app on mobile data

Please try to connect via Wifi. It may be an issue with your mobile service provider. If you are using Android devices with Tmobile or Sprint's mobile data (US). It seems to have issues connecting with our app. You may need to ask your network provider what can be done to fix this. We don't have any server connectivity issues.
