I have upgraded my account from standard to platinum and my tickets have disappeared?

We sometimes see instances where you may have a standard membership and have tickets associated with your account.

When you wish and go ahead with an upgrade to Platinum the system can sometimes recognize this as a refund for the current standard membership and therefore revokes the current tickets away from your account.

If this has occurred to yourself when upgrading, Please email us at support@clubgg.net and we will reinstate the lost tickets right away.
