I have been asked to verify my proof of identification and/or Proof of address, Why is this?

ClubGG players will need to verify their accounts in two different scenarios:

Players who subscribed to a Platinum Membership or Standard Membership

Players who have an active membership and want to claim a prize


To verify your account, we would require the following documents:


  • Proof of Identity (Passport, Driving License, or National ID)
  • Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, credit card statement, or government letter showing the player's name and address. No issue date is required.

This can be done via the application by clicking into your profile and manually uploading the requested documentation.


If you do experience issues when attempting to upload the documentation manually, Please forward the requested documents to Support@clubgg.net where we can verify and upload automatically for you.


You will receive an email once your documents have been verified successfully.


If for any reason your documents do not pass our verification checks you will receive an email from us confirming the rejection reason. You can then rectify the rejection reason and re-submit the documents as requested.
